SHIPPING:

DOMESTIC: UPS GROUND

  • Spend $100 or more for FREE SHIPPING📦

  • Expected Arrival: 2-7 Business Days

INTERNATIONAL: DHL EXPRESS

  • $30.00 USD
  • Processing Time: 2-5 Business Days 
  • Arrival Time: 3-10 Business Days 

SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR ALL ORDERS INCLUDING RETURNS/EXCHANGES AND LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES. 

IMPORTANT NOTES: 

MANII.US is not liable for missing/stolen packages marked delivered. If your package was mis-delivered or confiscated, we suggest filing a claim with the carrier directly.

  • At the moment, we are not set up for reshipment orders and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds once the claim is paid out.

If an incorrect item is shipped in your order, you must email Manii.customer@gmail.com photo for proof and order number to receive exchange option. Fees will be waived and a return label will be sent to you upon approval. Refunds can also be processed for incorrect items free of charge upon approval. 

If the item is damaged/defect, we will replace the item and waive all charges. Please donate or upcycle the damaged/defect item. 

RETURNS:

  • If a product is marked as final sale then returns or exchanges will not be permitted. 
  • Swimwear, Undergarments, and final sale items are not returnable.
  • Return items must be washed, unworn, and in pristine conditions with all original tags attached.
  • If your return is denied, you will be notified via email and the package will be returned to sender. 
  • If you are unable to choose an item for your exchange then you must choose store credit as the return outcome and place a new order for desired color. 

RETURN WINDOW:

DOMESTIC

7 DAY RETURN WINDOW! Exchanges for a new size/color where applicable are free as a courtesy and returns for store credit or refund will incur a $10 return fee deducted from your refund balance. 

 

 INTERNATIONAL 

7 DAY RETURN WINDOW! Returns are available for a return fee determined by a percentage of your label cost. Our maximum return fee limit is $50 USD. Exchanges are not eligible for overseas returns. If you would like to replace your item for a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order with your store credit or returned funds.
